The questions on this form will help us know what type of dog you are looking for and what type of dogs will fit into your lifestyle. Please answer the questions as completely as possible.

Some of our adoption requirements include:

bulletA FENCED YARD (yes, even the small dogs require fences)
bullet a formal adoption application in addition to this interest form
bullet a minimum 48 hour waiting period
bullet home delivery of the animal
bullet because we are an all-volunteer organization, we are only able to deliver animals to locations within
a 300 mile round trip of Greensboro, NC
